watching "trained in the ways of men" & it's really pissing me off

so gwen araujo(born a man) decides to suck off some random neighborhood dudes & make thier fat + ugly female friend nicole brown jealous.nicole puts her hand under gwen's skirt, tells the dudes, & they beat her to death.

i have sympathy for gwen but she(of all people)should've known how incredibly ignorant men can be. why not just say(before you blow damn near the entire posse)"look, i am transgendered". i'm not blaming the victim but most problems have a simple solution. i get that it's hard to be stuck in a body/gender that you hate.it's hard being gay. but then on the other hand YOU CANNOT FORCE OTHERS TO BE GAY! you don't have the right of deciding what someone else's sexuality will be.

i remember when it happened & the media was trying to make gwen out to be the martin luther king of gays or something. gwen is not a martyr nor a role model. gwen was just a person who fucked up.
