today, finally listened to the "new" guns n roses cd

yes, i realize how incredibly late i am

funny because i was DYING with anticipation & i am the one of the few fans who actually go out & buy the cds.so was it worth 15+ years of waiting?

hard for me to even say that, as much as i heart Axl(my love).a few good songs, but too faux industrial(yes, i know where Axl was influenced with that but said band will never be named again on this blog). at the time of the cd before that(cannot remember the name nor do i feel like using google) Axl was obsessed with the band that shall not be named. i'm guessing that most of these songs were written at that time & shelved until now.

which is fine but not true guns & roses, just a watered down homage to the band that shall not be named

long story short- Axl Rose is a genius & i hope the next album will be better. the one part missing is the actual guns & roses lineup. no more studio guys,1 week band members,etc. bring the boys back! Steven Adler's fine ass & all!
